In these days of rising food costs, people want to be able to respect their financial boundaries, without sacrificing quality, nutrition or taste. It’s increasingly difficult with meat sales presented in Valu-Pacs and frozen vegetables featured as “Steamables,” especially for those with small families and/or limited space, but it can be done.Kitchen $centse is not a “Bargain” oriented blog. It aims at showing its readers how organized planning and informed shopping can control costs without sacrificing quality. It provides advice on becoming more effective in the store and the kitchen and offers suggestions, with recipes, to streamline and economize on menus, especially in utilizing leftovers. The blog itself doesn’t outline a formula to cut expenses, set a budget or follow one.

    This was the only way for me to contact you. The club only allows 15 messages per month, silly rules. I’m sure your books are great, but are a pass for me, sorry.
